Protect Your Children Yourself

Image
As men advanced and accumulated convenience, they left ethics far behind in this race. Relationships depend on each other. This is the key to making love. We have seen relationships neglected and humanity slip like sand in this cycle of raising the standard of living.  From Islamabad to Quetta, you will hear heartbreaking stories of child abuse in every city and village in Pakistan. If a young and adolescent child is put to work in a shop, factory, garage, or as a beggar, who knows how many of these children end up being abused by their owners after a day's work? The percentage of such incidents reported in the media is less than 10%. These abused children are also threatened with death if they tell their families. While many families attempt to avoid talking about these incidents even after learning about them, If there is such an environment, to whom can children tell their problems? Many faces of sex offenders in Pakistan who worked on porn websites were revealed. Actions were t...

December 16, The Day Of Two Major Tragedies For Pakistan

Image
Pakistan has experienced numerous tragedies and incidents since its establishment. There must not have been a long period of peace in the country; otherwise, we see a long story of the chaos, disorder, anarchy, and sacrifices of the people in the country on the pages of history. On December 16, we also remembered these two tragic events. Although the years between these tragedies differ, each tragedy contains a story about pain and bloodshed.  Be it the fall of Dhaka on December 16, 1971, or the tragedy of the Army Public School Peshawar on December 16, 2014, these tragedies began to be mentioned in the country's electronic and print media with the arrival of December. Due to social media, the nation's dormant intellectuals are also beginning to awaken, and they are beginning to express their outrage in unique ways at Pakistan's destruction and martyrdom of innocent students at the Army Public School in Peshawar. Such tragedies are never forgotten. Yes, we are so callous th...

Will Pakistan Default?

Image
The voices of " Pakistan will default " are not heard now but in April 2022. I don't see Pakistan defaulting. However, if somewhere it has been decided that Pakistan has to default this year, then the situation will be deliberate, dragged, and laboriously taken in that direction. There is never a shortage of internal traitors; external support is always available. But, head on, I don't think Pakistan will default just yet. By the way, what happens if Pakistan declares bankruptcy? Will Indian forces enter the country? No. Will America use an atomic bomb to destroy us? No. So what happens then? 146 countries have defaulted on their debts so far. Recently, Sri Landa declared default. Spain experienced more than ten defaults before 1949. In the last 20 years, Russia, Greece, North Korea, and Venezuela declared themselves in default, and they are still present on the world map. The consequences of a country defaulting on its debt can be severe and far-reaching. Some of the...

Oral Health And The Brain

Image
It is important to keep the interior of the mouth healthy not only to prevent gastrointestinal diseases but also to prevent strokes and mental illness. If the mouth is compromised, it can result in these conditions. For a very long time, doctors have advised patients to maintain good dental health since oral bacteria can damage one's general health and lead to several disorders. In addition, it involves flossing, brushing and cleaning teeth. After studying 40,000 patients, the American Stroke Association, a well-known stroke organization, concluded that internal mouth issues or poor oral hygiene may result in brain ailments. From 2014 to 2021, they examined data on thousands of individuals from the UK Biobank. In the past few years, various studies have been conducted by experts who have discovered that 105 genes have also been implicated in tooth decay and worm infestation. However, there is evidence that suggests there is a relationship between pollution caused by combustion, t...

Milk Coffee Is Considered To Be Useful For Health.

Image
According to research published in Cell, the ability of immune cells to fight inflammation can be increased twofold when proteins and antioxidants are combined. Daily coffee consumption is an effective way to reduce inflammation in the body because it is rich in antioxidants known as polyphenols. Inflammation is a part of the body's immune system that identifies and eliminates external interference and initiates the process. On the other hand, chronic inflammation is regarded as a leading risk factor for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis. New research shows that consuming food rich in polyphenols, along with foods rich in amino acids (the building block of protein), makes antioxidants more effective in reducing inflammation. because polyphenols interact with other molecules, such as amino acids, little research has been conducted in this regard. To determine this, researchers at the University of Copenhagen subjected immune cells to artificial infla...

Exercise Improves Brain Function

Image
According to a research survey, high-intensity exercise can produce brain-friendly proteins that can improve brain performance as a whole. There is a protein called Brain-Driven Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) which increases the volume of the brain, strengthens memory, and enhances the signaling between cells within the brain. This protein is responsible for increasing the number of nerve cells (neurons) in the brain and creating new connections within the brain. In fact, if you exercise for six minutes daily, you will not only see an increase in BDNF levels, but you will also see that this protein is preserved in the brain. Professor Travis Gibbons of the University of Otago in New Zealand and his colleagues recruited 12 active people aged 18 to 56 and gave them three tasks to see what processes produce BDNF. One group fasted for 20 hours, and the other cycled for an hour and a half and six minutes of intense cycling (exercise-like). People who performed six minutes of exercise and vigoro...
